If your group requires an overnight stay, Macau hotels offer a variety of accommodation options. Luxury penthouses, standard hotel suites, and budget options are all available. Cost-effective options such as overnight stays in the sauna are also available. Macaustag works with a travel partner and is often able to offer reduced rates when built into an event package.

Like A Rockstar

Macau Rockster SuiteThe Hard Rock Macau has gone all out to accommodate large groups headed here for some serious partying. Specifically they have built 2 “Rockstar” suites that cater to groups of men or looking looking for the ultimate stag or hen experience.

Features include:

- 2 bedrooms
- 180 degree rooms of the Cotai Strip
- Full bar
- Private kitchen
- In-room jacuzzi’s (x2)
- 65″ flat screen tv’s
- Large bar/party area for group entertainment
- Mechanical bull arena OR Formula 1 racing games

Expect to pay anywhere from HKD30,000 to HKD45,000 per night, depending on the day of the week and availability.

Sands Macao Hotel

Sands Macao Executive SuiteThe first Las Vegas-style resort to be built in Macau, the Sands Macao is typically reserved for vip gamers and high rollers. Executive suites (120 square meters) include separate living room, dining room and bedroom areas.

Features of the Sands Macao Executive Suites include:

- Marble bathrooms with rainforest shower and jacuzzi

- 2 plasma televisions plus DVD and home theater system

- Wireless internet access and more

All rooms feature king sized beds however connecting suites are available.

Beachfront Presidential Suite


For groups looking for a beachfront experience and better rates than those offered on the Cotai Strip. The Westin Macau Resort offers a Presidential Suite which acts as the perfect location for a serious beachside party.

Features of the Westin Macau Presidential Suite include:

- 341 square meter accommodation; 2 bedrooms including 3 king sized beds

- Kitchenette and private bar service

- Fully furnished, private beach front balcony

- Master bath with jacuzzi

- Private sauna

- Separate living room and dining room areas (including a private dining room)

- Plasma television and Bose entertainment system

- 2 full bathrooms

This suite normally runs at HKD30,000 per night (rack rates) but is available to Macaustag guests for 50% off (based on availability of course). Note that in order to enjoy this rate, you must book the suite as part of a Macaustag package.

Value For Money

Macaustag works with the Rio Hotel Macau and is often able to provide reasonably prices packages based on double occupancy and inclusive of breakast. While the rates will vary, expect to pay between HKD800 and HKD1,400 per room. Rio Hotel Macau is located on the Macau peninsula, close to some of the areas most popular clubs, bars and casinos. The accommodations are 3 star – cheap and cheerful but comfortable, safe and close to the action.

Some of our clients also prefer to skip on the room and stay overnight at a sauna or spa.
